As one of our in house trainers, Emma covers many aspects of improving your business performance. With a background in buying for one of the big corporates, pricing and product placement are a speciality, however, it doesn’t stop there! She currently oversees the day to day running of the Braintree Enterprise Centre and the team on the Springwood Industrial Estate.

Sarah Brockwell

Sarah Brockwell founded the sarahBee marketing agency in 2010 after reaching the position of Head of Marketing for a large City firm. She has since won six countywide business awards in four years (including Essex Businesswoman of the Year 2013, Best New Company in 2010 and 2011, Best Business to Business Company in 2011, 2012 and 2014) and worked with over 800 entrepreneurs to help their businesses grow by getting their message out there. Keen to share her more than 20 years of professional experience in the industry and with a highly praised track record, Sarah has become a key workshop deliverer for Ignite Business.


Louise Capra

Louise is a highly experienced trainer who has led courses for a variety of organizations on a range of business subjects. She has earned high praise from those who attend her workshops and they are often keen to let it be known the difference she has made to their lives and business operations.


Stuart Davenport

A passionate and focused individual with 25 successful years’ experience in the retail industry including working in significant roles in senior management, Stuart is customer focused and driven. He has led many teams to success increasing customer footfall and sales to targets required and profit. By moving into the training and development industry he has been able to support and educate the workforce of the future through a number of qualifications and advice workshops. With experience developing and implementing a variety of corporate training programs and changes within different businesses to support improvement and growth, Stuart is excited to inform businesses and help them develop new ideas and opportunities for growth.


Sarah Rands

Sarah Rands is a business consultant and training provider for marketing, sales and entrepreneurial programmes, working with micro-businesses and start-ups. She has had 25 years experience running her own business and understands the highs and lows and challenges that self-employment can bring. Her main message to small businesses?  It’s all about the planning! She also runs her own small crafts business.
